Description
The 1911 leather holster and belt combo gives you a coordinated carry setup without needing to match two separate leather pieces. This set includes a brown cowhide OWB holster and a heavy-duty stitched belt in the same rich finish.
Each set is Amish made in the USA with a focus on strong materials, clean stitching, and dependable everyday use. The holster is available for right- or left-hand draw, while the belt comes in two practical widths and sizes from 28 through 60.
For customers who prefer the classic appearance of leather over a tactical nylon setup, this matching combination offers a clean and traditional alternative.
A Matching Brown Leather Carry Set
A separate belt and holster can work well individually, yet mismatched colors and finishes often make the setup look pieced together. This combo solves that issue by pairing a brown cowhide holster with a matching heavy-duty leather belt.
The leather tones, edge treatment, and stitching create a consistent appearance. As a result, the combination looks intentional whether worn with jeans, work pants, boots, or outdoor clothing.
The set includes:
- One brown leather 1911 holster
- One matching heavy-duty brown leather belt
- One stainless steel belt buckle
No firearm, magazine, ammunition, or other accessory is included.

OWB Strong-Side Carry
The holster is designed for outside-the-waistband strong-side carry. That means a right-handed version is intended to be worn on the right side, while a left-handed version is intended for the left side.
This traditional carry position keeps the holster outside the pants and secured by the belt. The design provides straightforward access while allowing the leather body to support and protect the handgun.
A retention strap is visible across the upper portion of the holster. It helps keep the handgun seated during ordinary movement while remaining accessible to the wearer.
Choose the correct handedness before placing the order:
- Right-hand draw
- Left-hand draw
The holster should not be ordered based only on the customer’s dominant hand if they intend to carry on the opposite side.

This list is not a guarantee that every variation of every listed model will fit. Manufacturers may offer different barrel lengths, rails, sights, controls, frames, and slide configurations under the same model family.
Before ordering, customers should confirm compatibility when their handgun has:
- A full accessory rail
- A red-dot optic
- Suppressor-height sights
- A compensator
- An extended magazine well
- Oversized or ambidextrous controls
- A nonstandard frame or slide profile
- Major aftermarket modifications
The safest customer-facing wording is that the holster fits many standard-profile 1911-style handguns, rather than claiming universal 1911 compatibility.
Cowhide Leather Holster Construction
The holster is made from cowhide leather. Its formed body wraps around the handgun profile while the stitched outer panel adds structure.
The leather shown in the supplied photos has a dark brown finish with matching brown stitching and dark finished edges. Subtle tone and grain variations are expected because cowhide is a natural material.
The belt slots are integrated into the holster body so the matching belt can pass through and hold the holster against the wearer’s side. This design avoids separate plastic clips and maintains a traditional leather appearance.
New leather holsters can feel firm at first. Over time, the material may relax slightly around the handgun it is used with. Customers should never force an incompatible firearm into the holster.
Heavy-Duty Matching Leather Belt
The included belt is made from approximately 10 oz cowhide leather. That weight gives it more substance than a thin fashion belt and helps it support the matching holster during ordinary carry.
Stitching runs along the belt edges for added structure and a coordinated appearance. The stainless steel buckle provides a clean silver finish that complements the dark brown leather.
The belt is available in:
- 1.25-inch width
- 1.5-inch width
- Sizes 28 through 60
The customer should measure existing belt loops before selecting a width. The 1.5-inch option is often well suited to jeans and casual pants, while the 1.25-inch option can fit narrower loops.
Customers can compare other supportive belt styles in our Amish Made Leather Belts
For a separate heavy carry belt, the Premium Heavy Brown Leather Gun Belt is another available option.
Choosing the Correct Belt Size
Proper sizing helps the belt and holster sit securely and comfortably.
Add 2 inches to your pant waist size.
Examples:
- Size 32 pants: order a size 34 belt
- Size 36 pants: order a size 38 belt
- Size 40 pants: order a size 42 belt
Pant labels are not always exact, so measuring a belt that already fits is also helpful. Measure from the point where the buckle tongue meets the buckle to the hole used most often.
The available belt sizes range from 28 through 60.

Amish Made in the USA
Skilled Amish leatherworkers make this holster and belt combo in the USA. The set reflects a practical approach to leatherwork built around useful materials, traditional styling, and careful assembly.
The design does not rely on decorative extras or unnecessary tactical features. Instead, it focuses on a matching leather appearance, a supportive belt, a familiar OWB carry position, and broad compatibility with standard-profile 1911-style handguns.
Leather Care
Wipe dust and surface dirt away with a soft cloth. Allow damp leather to dry naturally at room temperature.
Do not place the belt or holster beside a heater. Excessive heat can dry and harden leather.
Use leather conditioner sparingly when the material begins to feel dry. Test any conditioner on a hidden area first because it may darken the finish.
Before applying conditioner to the holster interior, make sure the product will not leave a slick residue. Excess conditioner can soften the holster more than intended.
Always remove the handgun before cleaning or conditioning the holster.
Shipping and Important Notes
The combo normally ships in 1–2 business days.
No personalization is available, and no special warranty is included.
Because the product is handmade from natural cowhide, slight differences in grain, tone, and surface character may occur. Screen settings and lighting may also change how the brown color appears.
The customer is responsible for selecting the correct:
- Belt size
- Belt width
- Draw hand
- Handgun compatibility
This listing is for the leather holster and matching belt only. A firearm is not included and should not appear in marketplace listing photos where the platform prohibits it.
